Absolutely. The danger of this tool is established and obvious. Strict liability. Joint and several liability. Reduction of burden of proof to ‘possible’ rather than more probable than not. And if those who unleashed the tools can’t pay, their AI toys must be destroyed. Preliminary injunctions should be readily available.
